2026/27 Nipper Board Hire
Board paddling and wave catching are a big part of Nipper activities and skill development. If you do not already own a board there is an opportunity to hire a board for the upcoming season!
Nipper boards are $150 each + $150 bond. If you bring your hired nipper board back in the same condition you hired it, you will receive your $150 bond back at the end of the season. Once you have hired a board it is your responsibility to store it safely at home out of direct sunlight and to not keep it sitting in a hot car on a summer day.
U8-U10’s use foam boards and U11-U13’s use fibreglass boards for competitions.
You must be a current registered member for the upcoming season in order to hire a board.
Please note that it will be a different process this year. If you would like to hire a board please complete the below form prior to Friday 25th September. Once all nominations are in the boards will be allocated across each age group and you will be notified accordingly.
It is likely there will not be enough club hire boards for every Nipper however the intent is to make the board allocations as promptly as possible to allow time for parents to source a board externally prior to the season if required.
Once allocated, the board collection date will occur on Sunday 11th October to align with a club registration and open day.
