The Gym with a View
City of Perth Life Saving Club is the perfect place for gym goers and beach lovers to come together.
Our revamped facilities opened August 2016 with our gym situated practically on the sand! And what’s better than a post workout swim at the beach?
Along with new facilities and a facelift we also have brand new top-level equipment. This includes Olympic lifting racks, platforms and bumper plates. As well as free weights, machine weights and cardio machines.
While our location is fantastic and our equipment is state of art, our members are our pride and joy. Life members of the club and new members alike all come together to create a positive and friendly atmosphere in the gym, everyone is welcome.
Open from 5am till 9pm every single day of the year
Our gym has memberships available for surf life saving members, general parents of the nipper program, and community members. For those interested in becoming gym members without the commitment of patrolling the beach, you fall under our community member.

Circuit training
A high intensity workout designed to use all major muscles groups for a total body workout.
Mobility Flow
A yoga-inspired workout that builds flexibility and strength. See you on the mat, Namaste.
It is encouraged to let the trainer know if you have any injuries or medical conditions. It’s also a good idea to bring a towel and water bottle to class. Feel free to bring your Yoga mat to the mobility flow class.

Our club also offers additional services to gym members at a discounted rate:
- Personal Training – A fantastic way to kick start your training or gain some extra motivation.
- Massage Therapy – Feeling sore and needing to relax? We offer sports, remedial and relaxation massages operation out of the gym office.
- Tailored Training Programming – Learn something new with a tailored programe to help you achieve your goals. This includes 3 PT sessions to take you through your new workout regime.

If you’re looking to be actively involved in the club then please see “tell them where to go” for more details. Active members are required to complete 16 hours of beach patrol per season and must have their bronze medallion.
